KINGSTON, Jamaica – Minister Bartlett will be a guest speaker at the launch event for the 1st Annual One World Ska & Rocksteady Music Festival.
The principal focus of the festival is to promote Kingston as a cultural-tourism destination, which is in keeping with Jamaica’s recent designation as a Creative City of Music by UNESCO.
The music festival is sponsored by the Jamaica Tourist Board and is slated to take place on November 26, 2016.
