Nottinghill offers workshop while on island for Seychelles Carnival

CEPS has for the second time partnered with the Notting Hill Carnival Roadshow Company Limited to give opportunities to Seychellois locals interested in designing and creating carnival costumes to learn from the company members and in turn create carnival products locally.

Leading up to the 6th edition of the “Carnaval International de Victoria,” the platform for civil society in Seychelles, CEPS has the great pleasure of inviting all seamstresses/tailors and creative designers within civil society to attend a Carnival Workshop being hosted by the Notting Hill Carnival Roadshow Company Limited.
