Traveling to New York. There is a good chance you will run into Spider Man on Times Square.

If you don’t want your wife to get punched or bullied and even harassed by these costumed characters, perhaps you better not worry about taking a tourist photo with Spider Man.

“Yuh, I feel a little scared of them when they ask for money after you pose for a picture,” one tourist told local PIX11 News.

“They should tell you the cost before the picture.”

On a crowded Saturday afternoon just after 2:30 p.m. on Easter weekend, a 37-year-old man dressed as Spiderman told police he was punched in the throat by a tourist.

That tourist told police he was punched after Spiderman kicked his wife for not tipping him after taking a photo.

They were both charged with assault.
