More than 60 countries to visit Sao Paulo during ABAV 2013

SAO PAULO, Brazil – The city of Sao Paulo will host visitors from more than 60 different countries from September 4 to 8, during the 41st edition of the ABAV – Tourism Fair of the Americas.

SAO PAULO, Brazil – The city of Sao Paulo will host visitors from more than 60 different countries from September 4 to 8, during the 41st edition of the ABAV – Tourism Fair of the Americas. This is the largest and best event of the industry in the continent. The event will be held at Pavilhão Anhembi, Latin America’s largest Exhibition Center, and for the first time it will be open for end consumers.

The different countries participating in ABAV 2013 will be represented by exhibitors, buyers, travel agents, company representatives, and journalists. Together with tourism professionals and end consumers, the organization expects 80,000 people to visit Anhembi during the event.

The event will be open to consumers during the weekend (September 7 and 8) with the goal of showing how important travel agencies are for the acquisition of trips to different national and international destinations.
