Staying at a Cuban home becomes a reality for US tourists, backpackers and those wanting to get a feel for the real Cuba, thanks to an executive order by US president Obama who is currently visiting the Republic of Cuba.

This is a major opportunity for AirBnb and for travel and tourism to the communist country altogether and directly benefit ordinary people.

This deal is in addition to major hotel contracts signed by hospitality operators.
