Fraport AG will be welcoming shareholders to the company’s 12th regular Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, May 31, at the Jahrhunderthalle in Frankfurt-Hochst. The AGM begins at 1000 in the morning, with admission starting at 0900.

Dr. Stefan Schulte, Fraport’s Executive Board Chairman, will present the company’s fiscal 2012 results and talk about 2013 developments to date. This will be followed by a general discussion. The AGM will be headed by Karlheinz Weimar, Fraport AG’s Supervisory Board Chairman and former Finance Minister of the German Federal State of Hesse.

A shuttle-bus service will operate on May 31 between Hochst train station (exit “Adelonstraße”) and the Jahrhunderthalle [ www.jahrhunderthalle.de ], starting at 0845 hours and departing every ten minutes. The AGM admission card also serves as a valid ticket for using the RMV Rhine-Main Regional Transit Authority [ www.rmv.de ] and the shuttle bus.
