Zimbabwe Minister of Tourism Walter Mzembi has announced that he wants Zimbabwe to rethink its visa regime so that the country can earn from tourism. Walter Mzembi blamed colonialists for the visa regime, which he said was put in place to divide African countries.
The visa statement came about during a conference on Intelligence and Security Services of Africa in Victoria Falls last week.
Mzembi brought up the fact that Europeans do not need visas to travel within the European Union and this has lead to an increase in jobs and income for those countries.
