Those flying from Frankfurt to spend the Christmas holidays in warmer climes now no longer have to lug their heavy winter coats with them. For only 50 euro cents a day, they can leave them behind in Frankfurt and head south with a weight off their shoulders. The luggage storage service at the airport keeps thick jackets and coats safe and sound while their owners enjoy the sun and warmth.

This Christmas offer with a special low price for storage of jackets and coats can be taken advantage of by all passengers departing between December 20, 2012 and January 13, 2013, regardless of when they return – only the departure date matters.

There are three luggage storage counters at Frankfurt Airport:

– Terminal 1, Concourse B, Level 1 (Arrivals), open 24 hours, phone +49 (0) 69-690-70786

– Terminal 1, Concourses B/C, Level 2 (Departures), open daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, phone +49 (0) 69-690-73277

– Terminal 2, Concourse D, Level 2 (Arrivals), open daily from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, phone +49 (0) 69-690-72860

The winter coat storage service is part of the โ€œGreat to have you here!โ€ service program that Frankfurt Airport launched to introduce a wide range of improvements designed to make it even more comfortable and convenient to fly in and out of Germanyโ€™s largest airport. In 2011, Frankfurt Airport welcomed more than 56 million passengers.
