JetBlue reconfigures Embraer E190 fleet to offer more legroom

NEW YORK, N.Y. – JetBlue Airways today announces the reconfiguration of its Embraer E190 fleet to offer customers two more rows of its coveted Even More Space seats.

NEW YORK, N.Y. – JetBlue Airways today announces the reconfiguration of its Embraer E190 fleet to offer customers two more rows of its coveted Even More Space seats. For a small additional fee, sixteen seats in rows 1, 12, 13 and 14 offer extra legroom and are now available on all of the airline’s 100-seat E190 aircraft. Rows 1 and 12 offer 38 inches of legroom while rows 13 and 14 offer 39 inches in addition to bonus Even More services including early boarding, early access to overhead bin space and Even More Speed expedited security at select airports.

JetBlue continues to provide its customers with the most legroom in coach of any U.S. airline, plus comfortable two-by-two seating for all travelers on the E190. On JetBlue’s Airbus A320 aircraft, Even More Space seats with 38-inches of legroom are offered in rows 2-5 plus emergency exit rows 10 and 11.

“Even More Space seats are in high-demand among our customers, who appreciate the option to select even more value-added services at an affordable price,” said Caroline Ramsey, manager of product development for JetBlue. “All of our customers will continue to enjoy the core JetBlue Experience, including a free first-checked bag, plenty of legroom, free TVs on personal seatback screens and generous snacks at no extra cost.”
