Do you remember the safety and security act that we all worked so hard to have passed through the legislature? It passed in Senate and House in 2010, President Obama signed the bill and it has yet to be implemented. Why? Is there a cover up?

We are happy to support the headquarters of the NBC investigative unit out of San Jose, California. This group is relentless and on the trail of unraveling the mystery of why in 2012, we have still not seen any of the security and safety procedures put into action or any action to point towards implementation.

You can be sure the members of the International Cruise Victims Assn ICV will remain relentless in the bid to change the industry. This organization has been fighting for the rights of passengers for over 6 years.

There is support in the congress stirring with Doris Matusi now asking why the bill has not been implemented.

The International Victims Assn is asking that travelers call their congressmen and women to come forward and finally put the cruise safety and security act into action.

The ICV would also like to thank 60 Minutes Australia for their piece on cruise safety, NBC San Francisco and all the other upcoming press.

International Victims Assn, president and founder Ken Carver shares his opinion on why the signed legislation has not been implented. You might be shocked. Here is a direct link to the radio interview with Sandy Dhuyvetter
