As Director of Quality and Sustainability for Hotel de Crillon, Ms. Demante is responsible for implementing an internal policy of excellence and meeting the needs of the hotel guests as effectively as possible. โ€œThe Green Globe Certification gives us a framework for standardizing our procedures in every area, as well as an opportunity to motivate our staff and still promote their career development,โ€ she said.

Green Globe Certificationโ€™s CEO, Mr. Guido Bauer, said: โ€œThe commitment of the Hotel de Crillon to sustainability management is impressive. It extends to their restaurants, with all menus based on local, seasonal dishes.โ€
