SAO PAULO, Brazil – GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes S.A., the largest low-cost and low-fare airline in Latin America, has announced that it has made a formal request to the Brazilian Civil Aviation Agency (Anac) to operate regular flights between Brazil, Venezuela and the United States.

The decision was based on the results of internal feasibility studies and is in line with the Company’s business model, based on a standardized fleet of Boeing 737 Next Generation aircraft.
