ITALY (eTN) – For the first time in Thailand, a truly quintessential Italian cookery experience is being offered by Dusit Thani College in cooperation with Italian’s most prestigious culinary institute, the Gambero Rosso. Both institutions are pleased to present the essential “Best of Italian Culinary Courses” to the general public and to its students.
These specialized courses will be offered to the public from July to August 2013 as well as to Dusit Thani College students majoring in the Culinary Arts, starting in the academic year 2013.
Gambero Rosso is a publishing and training leader in Italy in the field of wine and food. It is the only multimedia company in the sector that offers magazines, books, guides, and a television channel – Sky Italia. For 26 years, Gambero Rosso has been the institution that best represents Italian-made food and wine, testing and certifying quality and organizing unique international events to showcase Italian-awarded wines around the five continents.
In Italy, Gambero Rosso can count on Citta del Gusto sites in four cities where courses at professional and managerial levels are provided along with gala tasting and other wine-related events.
The “Best of Italian Culinary Courses” has been designed by a talented and highly-skilled Italian chef from Gambero Rosso, Chef Adelaide Michelini, who is originally from Italy. Chef Adelaide brings with her a great wealth of experience having worked with Michelin-starred chefs, in top-ranked restaurants and has also been invited, as an honorary chef to cook for the US Embassy, Swiss Embassy, and Japanese Embassy in Italy.
The primary objective of this course is to share truly quintessential methods of preparation and cooking of the best of Italian cuisine with those who want to experience both cooking demonstrations and practicing each of the recipes. The highest quality is assured from these two institutes, with all learning materials having been carefully designed to suit all types of customer needs in Thailand.
Customers will have the chance to take a journey through seven different programs of two-day courses to practice, perfect, and experience the heart of the best Italian culinary essentials, including “Very Italian Pizzas & Special Breads,” “The Best Italian Fresh Pasta,” “The Real Cuisine from the North of Italy,” “The Real Cuisine from the South of Italy,” “Most Popular Italian Desserts, Roman Cuisine: The True Roman Tradition,” and “Best Recipes for Dried Italian Pasta.”
