Package C upgrades the hotels to the River in Rome (which offers a fourth night free), the Kraft in Florence, and the Corona d’Oro in Bologna. It costs US$2,059 from New York.
Air fare add-ons for departures from other cities are US$74 for Boston, US$135 for Chicago, US$159 for Miami, and US$250 for Los Angeles.
