MANILA – Thirty-two passengers and three crew members of a small Filipino air line catering for tourists were slightly injured as the plane lost control when landing at an airport in Manila Sunday afternoon, reported local television network GMA News.
The European-made Dornier 328 plane belonged to the Sea Air company and it lost control during landing and ploughed through a grassy patch at the Manila Domestic Airport in Pasay City, said the report.
Airport officials said the turboprop plane came from a tourist resort in central Philippines developed mechanical trouble soon after landing on a runway.
