Asia Pacific is the world’s most dynamic market, where the travel industry continues to record steady year-on-year growth. With a presence in The Red Dot since 1997, the new, strategically located HQ will finally bring together employees from Sabre’s three business units that oversee the travel distribution, airline and hospitality industries. Counting over 3,000 employees in APAC, the Singapore-based headquarters will serve as a central hub for regional teams, while facilitating operations and enabling the deployment of a consistent Sabre brand across all markets.
In line with Sabre’s commitment to making 2019 the year of people and culture, the new HQ located at Paya Lebar Quarter was designed with employee wellbeing at its core. Part of a $3.2 billion complex, the new location will boast a complete work ecosystem that enables knowledge sharing, innovation and collaboration, while providing an array of activities that promote a balanced, healthy lifestyle. The new, custom-built office will span over two floors and accommodate up to 350 employees. With inviting common areas and meeting rooms that inspire teamwork, the open floor plan will feature individual workspaces with ergonomic tables and provide everyone with consistent natural daylight. The space was purposefully designed to ensure that everyone is inspired and motivated to deliver their best work.
