Weather conditions are expected to make air travel difficult, forcing some delays and cancellations of flights at airports in the region.

CONTINENTAL AIRLINES

Customers scheduled on flights to, from, or through affected airports Friday through Sunday, December 4, 5, or 6, 2009, including Continental’s Houston hub at Bush Intercontinental Airport, are permitted a one-time date or time change to their itinerary without penalty, providing rescheduled travel originates by December 20, 2009. If a flight has been canceled, a refund in the original form of payment may be requested. Complete details are available at www.continental.com .

Customers should enter their confirmation number and last name in “Manage Reservations.” Customers may also call Continental Airlines reservations at 800-525-0280 or their travel agent. Passengers scheduled for travel December 4 through December 5, 2009 on AirTran Airways to/from Houston, and passengers scheduled for travel to/from Atlanta on Saturday, December 5, 2009 through noon ET, may change their reservation without penalty as long as travel is completed within five days from the date of the original scheduled departure date, based on space availability without fees or fare adjustments.

Passengers holding reservations for travel to/from Houston or Atlanta should check www.airtran.com under “Flight Status” for updates or call 1-800-AIRTRAN (247-8726).
