The hospitality truck also has a customer service specialist to answer questions about planning a trip to Italy. Potential travelers can use interactive kiosks to learn more about what Italy has to offer visitors.

In addition, there will be a host of materials and brochures available to take home.

“In this digital age of online access to information and do-it-yourself research, at the Italian Government Tourist Board we sometimes feel compelled to go against the current. We wish to get close to our visitors; we want the human element of the traveling experience to take center stage and leave a permanent mark in everyone’s memory,” said Riccardo Strano, director of the Italian Government Tourist Board North America, in a statement.

The truck is expected to be at The Borgata at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday. The Borgata is located at 6166 N. Scottsdale Road.
