COLUMBUS, Ohio – Ex-employees of Columbus based airline Skybus, have struck back against the company by filing a lawsuit in Federal Court against the now-bankrupt company.

Skybus employees were not given any advance notice that they were losing their jobs. NBC 4 talked with several former Skybus employees after the airlineโ€™s final flight who said they found out the airline had stopped flying, and were out of a job, at the same time passengers were left to figure out how to get home.

The lawsuit, filed on behalf all 450 employees, claims that Skybus violated Federal Law by failing to give them at least 60 days notice that they were losing their jobs.
