London – Faced with a recession, British restaurants are resorting in droves to money-off vouchers to attract new customers. Due to the rapid rise in popularity of vouchers, the restaurant industry has yet to produce official figures on their use. However, the British Hospitality Association estimates that as many as 10,000 UK restaurants are now issuing money off vouchers.
