Mr. John Mensah was appointed as the food and beverage manager of La-Palm Royal Beach Hotel in September, 2008 with responsibility over food and beverage service and food production at the hotel.
John began his career with Marriott International Hotels in 1985 where he was employed at the Marriot World Trade Center and worked with the company almost throughout his entire career.
He has over 20 years of working experience in the culinary industry, rising to the positions of executive chef and food and beverage manager. Prior to his appointment, he was the food service manager at the Basking Ridge Courtyard managed by Marriot.
Mr. Mensah has completed several Marriot culinary arts classes fulfilling Marriot standards of operations and also successfully participated in the Marriot University Culinary ID Program.
