The Travel Agents Federation of India (TAFI), the largest representative body of the country, along with IATA-accredited travel agents, will have their annual International Travel Convention in Turkey from October 27-31, 2017. The event will be held under the theme of “Sustainable Success – Smart Way Forward.”

“For the first time, TAFI will split the event between two exclusive and high-potential tourism sites – Dalaman and Antalya – to enhance our members’ experience. Earlier conventions were always staged in one venue only. Everyone has been exposed to Istanbul, so we decided to offer our members a different and yet noteworthy glimpse of two other regional and unique destinations within Turkey.

“As many as 600 delegates are expected to attend,” said Bharat Shah, TAFIs Convention Chairman.

Besides eminent speakers from India and Turkey being lined up for the high-powered business sessions and deliberations, pre- and post-tours will also be part of the event.

In addition to being supported by Turkish Airlines and Turkish Tourism, the country’s private players are also participating actively in the event.
