SriLankan Airlines announced it is increasing its seasonal summer operational service to Dhaka, Bangladesh, by way of replacing the use of an A320/321 for this route with the bigger A330. This once-daily flight change will take effect on April 7 of this year.
Dhaka is the capital city of Bangladesh, and is located beside the Buriganga River at the center of national government, trade, and culture. It is a huge and fast-growing modern metropolis mixing modern architecture, such as American architect Louis Khanโs National Parliament House complex, with 17th-century palaces and mosques.
SriLankan Airlines also announced it is increasing its Colombo-Gan Island air service from 4 to 6 weekly flights. This new flight schedule will go into effect beginning September 17, 2017.
