Air India is adding 2 long-haul flights into Europe and North America courtesy of hub connections with Star Alliance partners SAS Scandinavian and United Airlines. New flights will also begin between Kolkata and Chandigarh, India, with Bangkok, Thailand, and more flights will be added to existing service from Delhi to Ahmedabad, Bangkok, Leh, Nagpur, and Port Blair.
The airline is definitely getting ready for summer 2017 and has announced additional flights for the season. There will be a new nonstop Delhi-Copenhagen route starting in May that will run four times a week, as well as nonstop Delhi-Washington service 3 times a week.
