Ambassador Maurice Loustau-Lalann will be sworn in Friday morning by President Danny Faure as the new Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Ports & Marine for the Republic of the Seychelles.
This will happen following the approval by the Seychelles National Assembly. The president expressed his appreciation for the support of the Members of the National Assembly.

In March of 2011 Seychelles President, Mr. James Michel had appointed Ambassador Maurice Loustau-Lalanne has the Acting Executive Chairman of Air Seychelles for a three-month period, following the resignation of Captain David Savy.
In 2008 he was the CEO and chairman of the Seychelles Tourist Board (STB). In 2015 Ambassador Maurice Loustau-Lalanne was the Principle Secretary for Foreign Affairs. In June of 2015 the ambassador was appointed Secretary of State.
