The presence of Emirates in the Centre-North of Italy has strengthened since last November thanks to the opening of the connection between Bologna and Dubai. This is the most recent Emirates gateway which was added to those already existing as Milan, Rome and Venice. It is easy to reach with high-speed trains not only for passengers in the Emilia-Romagna region, but also for all who travel from Tuscany and the Florence area. This route itโ€™s done daily with a Boeing 777 aircraft, with a configuration of three classes, and offers 5.040 seats a week allowing travelers from Bologna and the near regions to be connected with Far East, Middle East, Africa and Asia, served by Emirates.

The success of the event is due also to the participation of some FCVB Members such as hotels, tour operators and DMCs, who have been able to build a privileged business relationship with these important potential clients. Florence is for sure a destination that can offer products of high cultural value but also shopping itineraries, food and wine, sports and many wellness and spa resorts.
