GOA, India – The second annual Investing in Airports conference, taking place in Goa, India from 6 – 8 December 2016 will examine a number of important issues for investors, regulators, airport operators and airlines.

The conference, organized by ACI in cooperation with ICAO and the International Transport Forum (ITF) at the OECD, will feature sessions and panel discussions on topics related to economic regulation, financing frameworks and tools to modernize infrastructure and service.


Keynote speakers:

On Day 1 of the conference, delegates will explore and discuss the investment horizon: Where are we now and where are we going? We will also review developments in India and the Asian region.

We are honoured to announce that our keynote speaker will be Roberto Kobeh Gonzรกlez,
General Director of Mexican Airspace Navigation Services and former President of the ICAO Council.

Mr. Kobeh will focus on Mexico as an emerging economy, and economic regulation reform in the region.

Day 2 will commence with a keynote by Mr. Mike Mrdak, Secretary, Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development, Australia.
Mr. Mrdak will address issues around the regulatory environment as it pertains to the needs of the industry and the passenger.
