Mr. Yo-han Park, the Managing Vice President of Korean Air, this afternoon received Minister Alain St.Ange, the Seychelles Minister responsible for Tourism and Culture, at the Korean Air Headquarters at Seosomun-ro in Jung-gu Seoul for tourism discussions.

Mr. Park, the Managing Vice President of Korean Air, was accompanied at this meeting by Mr. Koh Jong-Seob, the General Manager of the Passenger Marketing Team at the Regional Headquarters of Korean Air, and Ms. Joo-Yeon Lee, the Deputy General Manager of the Passenger Marketing Team and the person who is also responsible for liaising between the airline and the South Korean travel trade. On his part, Minister St.Ange was being accompanied by Ms. Sherin Naiken, the CEO of the Seychelles Tourism Board; Mr. Dong Chang Jeong, the Seychelles Honorary in South Korea; and Julie Kim, the Manager of the Seychelles Office in Seoul.

The meeting at the Korean Air Headquarters was an opportunity to discuss the return of Korean Air to Africa and the steady growth of visitor arrivals in Seychelles from South Korea.

“We found the meeting to have been cordial and indeed interesting. We were appraised of the Korean Air forward planning, and can safely say that we have now invited the top brass of Korean Air to visit Seychelles,” said Minister St.Ange as he left the Headquarters of Korean Air in Seoul.
