CHICAGO, IL – United Airlines Flight Attendants, represented by the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA (AFA), and United Airlines today agreed to terms on a joint collective bargaining agreement for 25,000 Flight Attendants. The agreement was reached with oversight of National Mediation Board (NMB) Member Linda Puchala.

The parties will finalize language over the weekend and a tentative agreement is not final until approved by the directly elected leaders of the 25,000 Flight Attendants. The leaders will meet in special session on Monday and Tuesday next week.

AFA expressed appreciation for the assistance of NMB Member Linda Puchala and mediator Cathy McCann in working with the parties to reach agreement on terms for the joint contract.
