Saint-Honoré dans l’Vent International kite festival will be held June 17th to 19th at Saint-Honoré local airport, in Saguenay. Over the years, the festival has become the biggest event of it’s kind in Quebec. Guests kite flyers from France, Belgium, the US and Canada will be attending as well as many talented local kite enthusiasts. Stunt-kites, inflatables, giants, power and indoor kites are just a few of the variety of kites that the public will come to see.

The event is well known for it’s numerous family activities including: inflatable games, mascots, kite building workshops and scientific experiences about air, wind and meteorology. Arthur L’aventurier will get the younger ones to dance with his new adventure in Costa-Rica.

Friday night, the town of Saint-Honoré will lighten up for the opening night presenting an outdoor supper and concerts, with breathtaking fireworks as the finishing note. Saturday night, a ballet of kites in the nights will be presented on music themes of “Great Space Movies”. A unique experience that will transport the public to far away places of the Galaxy!
