Seychelles Anse Lazio on Praslin listed among world’s most breathtaking beaches

Jewel-blue waters softly dousing the floury white sand of the Anse Lazio beach is simply picturesque, and being there to enjoy this blessing from Mother Nature has been a dream of many visitors to its shores.

The island of Praslin has truly been blessed not only by being the home of the world’s largest nut, the coco-de-mer, but for having Anse Lazio.

Anse Lazio topped the list which also features Lanikai beach in Hawaii; Navagio Beach (Shipwreck Beach) in Zakynthos, Greece; Eagle Beach Aruba, Caribbean; Grace Bay Providenciales, Turks and Caicos; Pink Sands Beach Bahamas, Caribbean; Whitehaven Beach Whitsunday Islands, Australia; Radhanagar Beach Havelock Island, India; Siesta Key Public Beach Florida, US; Bamboo Island Ko Phi Phi Don, Thailand.

The reviews on TripAdvisor by those who have been to Anse Lazio have shown that the beauty of the place has surely fascinated them. Visitors have described Anse Lazio beach as being a piece of heaven on Earth, as a place worth visiting and simply amazing among other reviews.

Alain St.Ange, the Seychelles Minister responsible for Tourism and Culture, said when Anse Lazio beach at Praslin was listed among the world’s most breathtaking beaches that Seychelles was today the talking point a bit everywhere. “The visibility of the islands today, the continuous visits by large numbers of press highlighting the key USPs of the Seychelles, the ongoing increases in visitor arrivals, and the natural beauty of the Seychelles, inclusive of its beaches, can only bring more and more success for the tourism industry of Seychelles,” said Minister St.Ange.
