154 passengers aboard a Metro train that in the U.S. capital city Washington DC are stuck in tunnel , possibly under the Potomac River, near Rosslyn station.

No trains are running on the blue or orange lines due to the train that is stuck in the tunnel under the river outside of Rosslyn.

UPDATE: Disabled train – all customers aboard have been safely evacuated out of tunnel. Crews working to move disabled train.
