UBM India’s SATTE Mumbai West 2016 moves to BCEC

MUMBAI, India – UBM India, organizer of South Asia’s travel trade show SATTE, has announced change of location for its 5th edition of SATTE Mumbai West.

MUMBAI, India – UBM India, organizer of South Asia’s travel trade show SATTE, has announced change of location for its 5th edition of SATTE Mumbai West.

The expo, originally planned to be held at World Trade Centre, Mumbai, has moved to the Bombay Convention & Exhibition Center (BCEC), Mumbai, considering the requests from travel fraternity of the western region. The show has now been rescheduled from 19th-20th August, 2016.


BCEC, situated along the Western Express Highway in Goregaon, is one of the largest and permanent exhibition centres in the country. It is centrally located in the business hub of Mumbai which is well connected to hotels, as well as international and the domestic airport.

SATTE Mumbai West, catering primarily to the travel trade community of Maharashtra, Gujarat, Goa and other destinations, will see participation from national and international tourism boards, DMCs, airlines, OTAs, hotels and resorts and IT companies, amongst others. Niche product and service providers from the industry will also participate to connect with potential business aides and build stronger partnerships within the region through this platform. The event will be supported by Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO), Travel Agents Association of India (TAAI), Association of Domestic Tour Operators (ADTOI), Maharashtra Tour Organiser’s Association (MTOA) and SKAL – International Association of Travel and Tourism Professionals.
