HONOLULU, Hawaii – A teenage passenger in Pearl Harbor helicopter crash has died at a Honolulu hospital, hospital officials said.

The 16-year-old and 3family members were aboard a tour helicopter when it crashed into the water near the Pearl Harbor Visitors Center on Thursday.

The family was visiting from Canada.

According to the National Transportation Safety Board, the teen’s family has decided to donate his organs.

It was the second major crash this year involving helicopters on Oahu.

Federal authorities are investigating the crash.
