NEW YORK, NY – Seatrade Cruise Global, the leading annual global business-to-business event for the cruise industry, announces Angela Moore, Vice President of the Food Network and Cooking Channel, and Ken Taylor, Vice President of Strategic Development of MarkeTeam, will co-moderate the new / 2016 Discovery Series: Culinary & Mixology Exploration. Richard Bradley, Editor-in-Chief of Worth Magazine, will moderate the Upscale Cruising panel.

Angela Moore and Ken Taylor will conduct two culinary & mixology demonstration sessions Wednesday 16 March from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Taking part in the demonstrations, MSC Cruises will highlight the line’s artfully crafted offerings from aboard their ships with the help of a special surprise chef appearance and demonstration. Richard Bradley will lead the Upscale Cruising panel from 3:00 to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday 15 March 2016. The panel will examine how lines are keeping up with upscale consumers’ evolving tastes including technology demands, such as free Wi-Fi. Panelists will also share what they’re doing to differentiate their brands and how they are engaging with well-heeled travelers, including the emerging Chinese market. The panel includes the following participants:
