TORTOLA, British Virgin Islands – With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, the British Virgin Islands Tourist Board (BVITB) is excited to launch its Love’s Little Secrets campaign and invite couples to take advantage of special offerings that will make the most romantic day of the year even sweeter.

The Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO) recently declared 2016 “The Year of Romance in the Caribbean” and the BVI, which was ranked in BRIDE magazine’s 2015 World’s 20 Most Romantic Destinations list for the second year in a row, is rising to the challenge. As part of the Love’s Little Secrets campaign, the destination is offering romance packages, including Peter Island Resort & Spa’s sunrise-to-sunset package and Guana Island’s private castaway picnic, that ensure all couples will find their piece of paradise in the BVI.

“With countless pristine private beaches, breathtaking sea views, and unforgettable experiences, it is impossible not to get swept up in the romance of the islands,” said Director of Tourism, Sharon Flax-Mars. “The BVI is a romantic destination year-round, but these packages give couples in all stages of a relationship the chance to celebrate their love and enjoy a relaxing getaway together.”

For travelers looking for some inspiration to kick start their planning for Valentine’s Day, the BVITB has put together the top seven most romantic activities to experience in the BVI.
