Turkish Airlines adds flights to South Sudan capital

Turkish Airlines will, effective March 29 this year, add 3 flights a week to South Sudan’s capital Juba, operating via Entebbe every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Turkish Airlines will, effective March 29 this year, add 3 flights a week to South Sudan’s capital Juba, operating via Entebbe every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. The flight routing TK682 was confirmed as IST – EBB – JUB, leaving Istanbul at 0030 hours and arriving in Entebbe at 0705 hours. The onward flight to Juba then leaves at 0805 hours, arriving in Juba at 0915 hours. The return service will operate as TK683 JUB – EBB – IST, leaving Juba at 1015 hours before landing back in Entebbe at 1125 hours. Scheduled time of departure from Entebbe to Istanbul was given as 1225 hours, landing in Istanbul at 18.0 hours, all times given as local.

Presently, Entebbe served daily by Turkish Airlines via Kigali using a Boeing B737NG on flight numbers TK612, TK606 and TK569, arriving at 0355 hours from Kigali and leaving for Istanbul at 0455 hours.

Juba will bring the Africa destinations of Turkish to a massive 45 cities across the continent.
