Tourists and local travelers arriving or leaving from Ankara’s Central Railway station Saturday morning had a horrifying experience when an alleged suicide bomber attacked outside the train station with two explosions at a road junction next to the train station. Ankara Central Railway station is the busiest in Turkey serving 181 trains daily.

The explosion occurred during a demonstration for โ€œlabor, peace and democracyโ€ that started at 10:00 local time (0700 GMT).

At least 30 people have been killed in the two explosions, 126 are seriously wounded. This crime has been labeled a terrorist attack. These numbers of dead and injured are expected to go up.
