LONDON, England – Get your skeletons out of the closet, gather your spirits, and hop on your broomstick to London this All Hallows’ Eve as the capital prepares to terrify you with its horrifying history, and frightening festivities.

Paranormal activities

Fans of Death Eaters, daring duels and Halloween feasts can delve into the Dark Arts at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter, where the darker aspects of the Harry Potter film series can be explored. For the most daring, embark on a midnight tour of the Museum of London, and be guided through the most haunted spots in the 200-year-old building after dark, including access to areas not usually open to the public. Spend All Hallows’ Eve on board one of the most famous historic clipper ships, Cutty Sark, for a scary sleepover with themed games, crafts and storytelling. For a royal frightening, explore 300 years of secrets on a spooky tour through the shadowy world of Kensington Palace and its State Apartments, where former monarchs lived, died and, some say, haunt.

Trick or Eat

Discover the Haunted House of Toast at the Hoxton Shoreditch, where you’ll team up with other toast fanatics and build your very own ghostly house which you can later devour. Send shivers down your spine and into your stomach with a Halloween afternoon tea at the Lancaster London where spooky sweet treats such as eye ball lollipops, and black macaroons with a pumpkin filling will be dished up.

Fun for the little pumpkins

London’s cauldron of attractions have a spooktacular variety on offer for the whole family. From 24th October to 1st November, trade ghouls for giggles at Shrek’s Adventure! London as guests are invited to laugh, touch and smell their way through the ogre’s specially-adapted immersive swamp, complete with lots of yucky additions to make it especially gross! Head to the Halloween week of fun at Ripley’s Believe it or Not! which promises to keep ghouls young and old entertained for hours! Enrol little witches and wizards at the Coca-Cola London Eye Witch Academy, where haunting hosts will take them on an interactive tour featuring a series of sorcerers’ spells and rituals, 135 metres above the capital. Go boo at the ZSL London Zoo, where creative critters can prepare fruit for the bearded pigs to bob for, or carve out pumpkins at the pumpkin patch.

Ghostly goings-on for grown-ups

Scarfes Bar will be transformed into an eerie, haunted manor house library. Hosted by Dusty Limits in the guise of the mysteriously ageless poet Dante, this macabre evening will captivate guests with a series of back-tingling acts including a string trio, fire magic, contortion, cabaret, acrobatics, live jazz and more. For a frighteningly good time, get your tickets to The Roof Gardens’ annual Halloween spooktacular on 30 October, where fancy dress and spine-tingling cocktails will make for one thrilling party. On All Hallows’ Eve grab your group of ghouls and gargoyles and let fear lead the way 35 floors high at the Sky Pod Bar’s hell-raising Halloween celebration.
