DUBAI, United Arab Emirates – On show again at the premier travel trade event in the UK, the Grand Millennium Dubai will be represented on Dubai’s Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing (DTCM) stand at World Travel Market in London between November 2nd and 5th.

Director of Sales & Marketing, Mr Shadi Karameh will be targeting both business and leisure traffic from the market, focusing on the Grand Millennium Dubai’s convenient position adjacent to retail, beach and sporting attractions as well as it strategic location within close proximity to key corporate and business venues.

“Despite the surge in travel from new markets, the UK remains one of the most important contributors to Dubai’s visitor total of 11,629,578 last year, and if current growth rates are sustained, the emirate is on target to receive more than one million visitors from the UK in 2016,” he explained.

The UK is the number one European market for Dubai, and third internationally after Saudi Arabia and India, he added, making the Grand Millennium Dubai’s presence at World Travel Market an essential part of its promotional calendar.

“British visitors, whether travelling on business or for holidays, are seeking quality accommodation at a value price, and we are delighted that the Grand Millennium is frequently a top choice – a position we are determined to cement with our presence at this year’s WTM.”
