Saint Peter Port, the capital of Guernsey in the Channel Islands, has been identified as the third most expensive destination in the UK and Ireland, according to a survey conducted by Cheaprooms.co.uk.

The survey compared hotel rates across 40 popular destinations in the UK and Ireland for August 2015. Other major cities across the Channel Islands, as well as the Isle of Man, were also included.
