Some standing water remains in low-lying regions and a certain amount of beach erosion has occurred. There have been reports of debris and power and phone outages, but all in all, there has been no serious damage and no loss of life.

Clean-up efforts are already underway and power and phone service is being restored.

Travelers are encouraged to contact their airline carrier and hotel or travel agent to confirm their flights and accommodations.
