Citing the Swiss economy, which took a hit back in January when the Swiss National Bank stopped pegging the Swiss franc to the Euro, a company based in Geneva called Bike Shop Switzerland has come out with a bold offer for Swiss trekkers.

As a result of the Swiss economy’s woes, Bike Shop Switzerland said: “There were some dark days, but we’ve been working hard to turn that around in the following way. Starting today [February 28, 2015] if you find a better price on a 2015 Trek in Switzerland, France or Germany, we’ll match it.”

The company, which prides itself for selling “only Swiss made or designed bicycle products as well as items associate with cycling in Switzerland.”

The Geneva-based company also rent BMC bicycles and organizes bicycle tours across Switzerland.

Confident about the aforementoned offer, the Swiss bike company tells Swiss trekkers, “If it’s a trek you’re after, absolutely no need to leave Geneva.”

Care to take them on their challenge? Head to the company’s website, bikeshopswitzerland.com, to do so.
